I awoke in time after an afternoon nap to have some sushi at Sushizanmai which was a fresh clean place. You ordered using a QR code which worked well. What I didn’t understand was that ticking the wasabi box didn’t mean you got wasabi paste on the side, it meant wasabi was applied for you to the sushi It was a shock when my mouth registered that. To me the sushi was good, a pleasant place to eat. I wasn’t sure how to eat some of the sushi, or whether the miso soup was just soup. I didn’t use the soya sauce, once in Kyoto I got told off for over-using it.
Got back and tried forwarding luggage. This hit a major roadblock when the Marriott Associa in Nagoya claimed not to have my booking! After ages the helpful Hotel Groove staff did find a second person at the Nagoya hotel who did find me as a prospective guest! I even contacted Audley in the UK over this blowing my call credit on the phone!
