The games suggested on this webpage are a small selection from all the Adventure games created over the years. The aim is to suggest games that other people have liked. I have included a few games I’ve personally liked but I’ve also drawn on lists like the ones GameBoomers have done. Work for the future is to make use of ratings to be found on sites like Steam and Metacritic.

Also the games have been chosen to be currently generally available. It’s cruel to recommend a game which is hard or impossible to get hold of.

A caveat: due to operating system incompatibilities even if a game is available it may not run on your particular computer. This in my experience is worse on Apple computers but applies to all platforms.
