From hotel go to Shinjuku-nishiguchi Station 新宿西口駅 then catch Oedo line train stop E01 to Ushigome Yanagicho 牛込柳町駅 E04 then East Exit then 6 minutes walk - Apple Maps. Allow half an hour or so.
