This wacky manga adaptation really hits the high notes. The plot has overly enthusiastic young pirate Monkey D. Luffy going on a quest to become King of the Pirates. The first season has him collecting a crew, and a lot of back story to establish the world and characters.

Lunatic. Colourful even just considering the hair of the characters. Varied scenarios and situations. Wonderful.
