My being a tourist, and having a ticket for it, led to my taking a short pleasure boat trip on Lake Kawaguchi. Could have done without the music that blared forth at times. Just a shame Mount Fuji was in shadow so not so good for pictures.

This evening went early and had food at Idaten Tempura. A machine dispensed numbered tickets at the entrance as if the place was a doctor’s surgery or like. A modern take on Japanese eating establishments.
